前天，突然停电，电源无电压输出，维修后电源通电，正常启动后，报“10-910”代码，MCS通讯停机，请问坛里的高手，这问题怎么解决？？？？使用科室反映，以前也出现过这种故障，关机重新启动几次就会好，我重启了几十次了都没解决。

重启还不管用的话，你要检查DRE和MCS板的连接通讯，你在机器的EBA板上J19和J21这两根线，重新插拔一下看看！

Error 10-910: No Communication with the MCS
Messages
Summary
This error occurs when the MCS does not return a response to the DRE or the
communications socket (ppp link) is broken. If it occurs after you have loaded new MCS
software, it probably indicates an incompatibility between the software on the MCS MASTER
CPU and software in one or more of the MICRO BOARDS on the I2C bus. This problem can
be solved by upgrading the micro software. The most common cause of the error is
disconnection or failure of the image data CABLE or the serial CABLE between the DRE and
the MCS. The MCS cannot distinguish between these 2 conditions. The only way to clear the
error is to reestablish communications between the DRE and MCS.
Result of Error
The IMAGER is unable to print films. The Spooler is still able to receive jobs, but new films
will not be started. Films in progress will not be completed.
User Action
1. “Restart” the system from the LOCAL PANEL.
2. If the error occurs again, call Service.
FE Action
If you suspect a software incompatibility problem, use the SERVICE TOOL to compare
versions of the software in the MCS MASTER CPU and the MCS MICROCONTROLLER.
Select Upgrade>Microcontrollers. See the INSTALLATION MANUAL, 8e5986.
Otherwise, check the connections between the DRE and the MCS: (1) IMAGE CABLE from
the ROB in the DRE to J19 on the EBA BOARD, and (2) SERIAL CABLE from COM2 port on
the DRE to J21 on the EBA BOARD.
